well, i'll just post even though he says it was a repeat, I think Kintaro because he is the personal protector of Shao Kahn goro was the protector of Shang Tsung, and kahn's stronger.

You have a point, hes the ruler and he would have the best. i'm saying kintaro because he was super hard to beat in mk2 but goro i took him down whit not that much of a changlleng.
