i played mortal kombat 3 for sega the most. that game was awesome, i loved all the friendships, brutalities, and animalities.

I played Trilogy for the ps1 the most its one of the best games in MK history.

i hve beaten that games so many times... do you know that if you win the game and start right away, another one with the same character you will fight an adversary above shao kahn??
my fave character from the game was noob saibot...

Trilogy. Definitely Trilogy! It had EVERYONE! I have a PS1 in my room I play Trilogy and MK4 the most. Excluding Trilogy, I would say I played MK2 the most.

I liked Trilogy the most. I finally got to play as the people who gave me the most torture a.k.a. Goro, Kintaro (not counting Shang Tsung's MKII Fatality), Motaro, and Shao Kahn all in one game. When I moved, some of my games got lost and sadly, my MK games were some of them (I didn't have a lot). Luckily, the arcade in my city has an MKII machine. You couldn't believe how happy I was to turn around after spending half my quarters on Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 to see Mortal Kombat 2. The Joysticks were kind of crappy, so pulling off fatalities was kind of hard, but I was glad I could play MK again. MKII is my most played MK game now.

i tend to spend more time on MK2 to be honest, and delve back into either MK1 or 3 everynow and again(or MK4 when i can be bothered to dust off me N64 lol)

Mostly MK2, it was my favorite, but now I went up to replaying MK3 cause I started to like the combos, but UMK3 was just too hard for me... which doesn't mean I don't play it! 
I have recently started replaying MK4 too, but... It's just not it...

I first heard of MK when I was in elementary school. They had one in my town at the bowling alley which I never went to but when a mall poped up 20 min away with an arcade I was there! Dope game.
MKII is my joint love it to the level of buying the arcade machine. Unfortunately it was lost to a storage unit place yada yada I'd own you and your crew on it almost any system.
MK3 to me is where they peaked. Everything is incredible in this version. This is the nxt and last arcade machine I want to own for life. Anyone wanna build me one? I lost touch with skills in this but I just need to ride the bike, you know?!
If there is ever a MK II tournament(arcade) in NY Let me know!!!!

MK1: I was 2 years old when it came out so I didn't play it for a good while.
And that wasn't much. Could get to Goro years ago on the SNES. Was finally able to play it properly when midways arcade treasures came out and my mate had a PSP. Beat it several times and he left it back.
EDIT: Recently got MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator) workin at home. I have the Turbo/Ninja hack thanx to "YourMKArcadeSource" on YouTube! Playin the shit out of it! Infinite combos! Infinte corner Uppercuts! Fight Reptile on every round (except Endurance 3) if you perform a fatality without using BLK during the match. You can make Reptile fight Reptile too! AWESOME Official Hack!
EDIT: I own MK1 on the Sega Genesis/MegaDrive. Awesome version.........ABACABB!!!! ^-^
MK2: I remember this more growing up. Played it for the sega years ago kept getting speared and my head eaten so I was too young to be good.
PS3 released it as DLC and i can beat it every time. Love this game, play it all most everyday. Recently started playing my friends SNES version. (Kintaro's jump is fast as fook!)
MK3: Have it, played it. Don't play it. No scorpion. End of discussion.
EDIT: Play MK3 in my Grandmothers house all the time now.lol
UMK3: Never played it although I want to. At least I don't think I did.
EDIT: Finally played Ultimate for X-Box 360. Hate x-bow controllers when playing fighting games so I didn't enjoy it much. Couldn't get a fatality out controllers are too fucked up for me. Unlocked Classic Subby, Ermac and Mileena for my mate via Ultimate kombat kodes ^-^ Got a shitload of achievements for him too. Beat a good few people online and enjoyed that interaction with other players so overall quite fun.
EDIT: I own UMK3 for the Sega Genesis/MegaDrive. Awesome fun.
MK Trilogy: First MK game to own. Played it on N64 non-stop. N64 was sold, I kept the game, bought it for playstation and played it without mercy. First time I ever beat it was with goro then Noob Saibot. Still play it to this day with a friend.
MK4: Remember playing it growing up (played as meat too but had no idea how! lol i do now of course) Beat it on every difficulty with scorpion when I rented it out. Although I own it on PSX I don't play it but iv recently been thinking about it.
MK Gold: Played this more than the mk4 version. Better graphics and more charcters. Thought it was brilliant my Dreamcast fucked up, the game fucked up and it was thrown out.
As for the new games I beat them, play em for a while and then don't for some reason. And thats Deadly Alliance to DCU.
MKM: Sub-Zero - Really good game, extremely frustrating, don't play it much.
MK: Special Forces - Horrible. Played once. I will beat it at some point but I have better stuff to do I am not the Angry Video Game Nerd. (Legend)
Shaolin Monks - Excellent game, beat it and never got back to fighting as sub and scorp.
