I would like it if Reptile had retractable fangs that he would use to bite people with during a fight. He should also have claws on both his hands and feet. Yeah, Reptile shouldn't be wearing any shoes in this one.
His stance could be very bizarre. I could picture him on all fours and laying very close to the ground. I've seen some foreign martial arts movies where a fighter would do this and it looks frickin' evil, because you can't really tell where they're looking. It would also give him a very inhuman, animalistic appearance in his movements.

For his normal costume, he'll be in ninja form. In his second, he should be completely reptillian.
