I have read before that it's in that little hut behind Frost, but I keep reading different days and times, and so far nothing I've read seems to be correct. Can anyone help me find her alternate costume?

The chest is inside the house in H-6 in outworld but it seems to be random so if it's not there just save and quit and try again. That's how I got it.
