In this video Shao Kahn does 27% damage in a three hit combo and 34% in a four hit combo, Barka's three hit combo did 7% damage.

I'm looking at this again and again and I still say he's over powerd, he's as strong as Onaga and as fast as Drahmin, but I think he's meant to be over powerd being the empire of Outworld and all. Maybe I'm mistaken and he's not that powerfull after all but I just thought I'd share this with all of you.

Back in MKT i voulf do a 3 hitter with Styker that did 29% Iyts all in the power of combos and in the use of them.

...look at it better KillerMoJo...Baraka has plenty of power...his throw did some serious damage...the reason that three-hitter only did 7% was because two of the hits were only the beginning of his blade-tastic special move...those have always done little damage...
...besides...Kahn should be given too much power...he should be a boss-only because his power shouldn't be able to be controlled by humans if you ask me...he's the strongest mortal that exists (considering Kang doesn't technically exist anymore)...

Shao Khan is awesome if he does that amount of damage. He is a boss character I wouldnt expect anymore or less. Beside I doubt with his high power he will be able to do much combos.

His longest kombo will maybe be like 4 hit or something like that. I saw the video of him on mkarmageddon.com
He looked really cool with cool moves.

...his moves look awesome...I never saw any Cube' Kahn action so I don't know if he has the same special moves from Deception but I do know they kick ass no matter what and I'll end up using him more than 95% of the characters for sure...his Wrath Hammer has to be the coolest weapon on the game...unless Noob gets his scythe of course...

You just gotta love the intro where Jax smashes those summoned skeletons of Quan Chi and then shouts; "What else you got?!" and along comes Shao Kahn smashing his Wrath Hammer in the skull of Jax. He knocks away quite a few actually.
Off topic; Who is it he strikes away that lands on the ascending pyramid and then slides of it?

Kahn's power should not be controlled and should be overpowered. He is the ruler of Outworld and should have the ability to go after anybody he wants. Shao Kahn is immortal, not the most powerful mortal, like one person thought. After winning the Mortal Kombat tournament a long time ago,he was given the gift of immortality, although Kahn was supposively killed in MK:DA. If you read his bio from the Gamecube Version of MK:Deception, he cloned himself in order to regain his strength. He would then reign terror on those who oppose his rule.

...Kahn is not immortal in the sense that his physical being can be destroyed...only Elder Gods are immortal...as well perhaps Lucifer...but Kahn is just one hell of a powerful warrior...
...as well he does not rule Outworld at the time...in fact he hasn't since Alliance...his ending in Deception isn't positively canon since there were many different endings resulting in the Dragon King's death...from what I can see Outworld has no ruler...
...though yes...he should be over-powered...

Four words: Kahn is a BOSS
Sure Kahn has Total advantage over other characters, but name one boss who wasnt more powerful than the main character! ( Pong is the exception)
