ed boon says theres going to be a ps3,360, and wii... version of mk but the bad news is that on the next gen theres going to be nobody we know that means no more sub-zero or scorpion.... so what do you guys think of the next gen version?????

I think that sub-zero and scorpion should be on the next gen because with out them ther is no MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!

I don´t think Sub-Zero and Scorpion will die in MKA. If Ed Boon and c.o will kill off most of the more original charachter and all-time favourites he will probably also kill off the fans interest in the game.

...this guy was already banned for having no idea what he's talking about just to keep that in mind...we already know a lot will die off and that a few will survive no matter what...Scorpion and Sub-Zero especially...
...what I think of the next-gen consoles' MK? They will rock our socks off...

Yea. Not everyone will actually die off, though. Some, like Kitana maybe, will leave and live a nice life with Liu Kang in Edenia. Sub-Zero might just live and continue the Lin Kuei. Scorpion will probably get his own Mythologies game in which he goes for Quan Chi, if the rumors and Scorpion's german game ending are both true. Spoiler warning below. I never wanted to read it, my brother yelled it at me as a joke.

I am really hoping Quan Chi, Raiden, Bo Rai Cho and Kobra would be back.
What I can see happening if they make a game with no classic characters and a different fighting system:
It will be a bigger mistake by midway than MK Shoalin Monks.
Fans will complain about it
Midway will make plans for a new MK8 quickly after it, the new MK8 will have the propper fightiong system, classic characters, and we will have a good game again.

Yeah it would really suck if they did the first next gen without any original characters but im sure they'll have atleast some in. and before Albert Simon's post GothMkFan revived this dead topic which is already 7 months old but gothmkfan for future references please don't do it again as it's against the tmk rules thanks.
