I bought this one that has a picture of Sektor's kart for Mortor Kombat but the thing is he's not even in motor kombat so was it just a koncept of his car if he was in that game or can it mean he might be unlockable for that game.

...it could be possible that he's an SU but chances lead to that it was just a 'koncept' in which only an idea never progressed...

Yeah i was pretty much thinking it's either it's possible that he might be unlockable for the mini game or it was just a koncept they thought about adding him for that mini game but never did. But that thing in media with the question mark beside it that makes you enter a password has got me thinking whatever that is it must be a cool item you unlock whenever the password is figured out.
