to unlock meat do konquest mode and pick up i think eight or ten specail items for example kobras glove to unlock meat. i think that how you unlock everone else too but im not sure

...every ten items you pick up unlocks something new or just cool (20 only gives you 20,000 koins instead of a regular prize)...
