Just managed to make Captain Pollution.

Needed to use the Name "CPollution" as there aren't enough spaces.
Not tested the victory slogun yet, the best would be "The polluting power is yours" If it would fit.
Not too sure how my ending for him sounds, basically, what I made up for his ending, allthough, this isn't it to the word, as quite a bit happens, I still need to try to compress it, but this is basically what I decided to have happening.
The five eco villains gather round Captain Pollution he disapears back into the rings, taking the power of blaze with him, the power is now too strong for the rings to hold, so they all shatter and the power is put through the wearers, making the five eco villains, Duke Nukem, Looten Plunder, Sly Sludge, Verminouse Skumm, and DR Blight become embodyments of powers, like 5 Captain Pollutions, only they only have the one element of pollution that their ring had. In addition, they can all become one, to form a much stronger Captain Pollution. I ended it by saying that just polluting the realms would be too easy for him, his new mission when combined would be to destroy the Eldar Gods and replace them with his five counterparts.
That was along the lines of what I was wanting to say, although I will have to compress it to fit.

I went ahead and did Pai Mei with the traditional Ying Jow Pai (Eagle Claw) style. I just watched Kill Bill 2 and felt like doing it. I didn't use a weapon considering there are no staff choices. He turned out to look a lot like Shujinko since the closest hair style was Shaw but his fighting style is entirely different, which is defensive, should you mind.

For anyone who is interested, here is a formula for Nana from Elfen lied.
Wasn't amazing for looking like her, I think the story and special moves are ok though.

Iron Leg. That is like her move in Elfen Lied, she can fire her fake arms and legs, although it isn't strictly a leg that iron leg fires, can be thought of as one. Judgement fist may also be a good choice.

I'm working on a fantasy select screen using KAK's to fill in for missing characters and to add new ones as well. When you click the link above, you may have noticed the question marks. The one next to Smoke, for example, is a slot for a Cyborg Hydro (Mugen Inspired) KAK. In the two rows of ninjas, there are spaces for Takeda, Oniro, Tremor, and MK1 Sub-Zero. I am considering a spot for Noob-Zero.
Among the other characters/KAKs I am looking for are: (ninja)Tasia, No-Face, Zaffeero, Daniel Blade, Chow Kang, Nimbus Terrefaux,
(ninja)Skarlett, Kochal, Argus, etc. I have these characters as KAKs, but unfortunately I do not have a webcam yet. While the white ninja KAK in the pic is mine, someone else volunteered to take the pic of him for me.
If anyone wants to participate in the fantasy select screen, please post a clear and uncut mugshot pic of your KAK. It is important that the mugshots are closeups of your KAK's face to avoid blurring effects when resizing it to fit in a selection box. If they will take it, I would love for this fan fic to be added to TMK. It could serve as a link to information on real MK characters and also to formulas for kreated fighters. Or it could just be a piece of fan art. It would be up to TMK. Either way, I hope you all like it 
Edit: I just wanted to add, this is my first post on this site. I joined this site because of it's extensive information on the MK series and I would like to possibly contribute to it in the future.

For the most part, Khameleon (from the Wii version) uses parts that aren't accessible at all. The main difference is her transparency, which likewise you can't imitate.
However, the closest you can do is creatively come up with any female clothing (probably the most unique top with correlating bottoms) and the craziest hair, then just color it all a light silver/green.
I would be more detailed and would include her moves if I had the game with me at the moment, I apologize.
