They killed A Nightmare Before Christmas... Ok, for those who have seen the comercials, you'd slap me, because it being in 3-D is awsome. But wait till you see what else they did.
They remixed the music. They fucked with a good thing. Ok, here is what I mean.
Everyone remembers This is Halloween right? Guess who does its remix. Mayrilyn Manson. Now dont get me wrong, I like his works, but THIS is NOT a good song... they took a classic, and turned it into a cheesy rock song... this was when I stabbed my left ear drum out.
Now the remix to Sallys Song wasnt too bad, so i wont comment on that
Then guess who remixed Whats This? ? Fall Out Boy.... again, it sounds liek a crappy rock song.
Then they got She Wants Revenge to do the remix for Kidnap Sandy Claws. Which also sucked hardcore.

...that is VERY sad...I was really looking forward to it at the time though was in the hospital...at least I know I didn't miss anything...

Wow, I've been so out of the loop tht I didn't even know that they remade that. I should really look that up... damn, they are really milking that movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the ads about this re-release in 3-D. I didnt get to see it for personal reasons but I wanted to.
The idea of this re-release wasn't supposed to be a literal re-release of the original. So a little somethin new was the best they could do to market the rerun of this masterpiece besides the 3-D aspect. Of course, I could only imagine the anger of many fans out there who were expecting the same musicals and such.
I agree with the phrase "if ain't broke, don't fix it", but sometimes the big wigs (not Tim Burton) of the film house who put it out in the first place, see things differently. 
Fallout Boy?? Are you kidding me? 
Ah well. lol.

Unfortunately, money has a way of getting its way. Always.
Same like the Mortal Kombat 2 movie. That was an abomination that Boon had nothing to do with.
When you cut deals in the heavy industry and they have more money than you, you gotta expect such things to happen. Even if it majorly sucks.
Theyre not creative artists. Just people with money who think they are.
