ive had armageddon for about three days now
and for some reason i cant play konquest go to the krypt or play as kitana or kobra anymore
and i didnt unlock any thing besides noob smoke, kitana and liu kang's alternate costume
and i didnt try konquest
i looked at the disck and there is no scratches and ive tryed it on 3 other ps2s and nothing worked
WTF

Well, the first question I have to ask you is do you have a profile? If you don't, then you can't do Konquest mode at all. The second thing you're saying is that there are certain characters you cannot play with, but I gotta tell you, there is no Noob Smoke character anymore because they are two different characters. Next thing is that your game could have some smudges on it, or your game disc could have overheated and caused the game to be defective. My advice to you is to either go to the place where you bought the game and explain what happened, and get a refund, or you can try to see if they can get you an exchange for the defective disc because that sshould not happen.  If that does not work, then just buy a new copy of the game. There is one other problem you might have, and that is the fact that the data on your memory card could be corrupted. If that's the case, then you are gonna have to get a new card because a card with corrupted data will not allow you to save data from the game it was corrupted. My brother did the same thing to me with "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" and I lost all my data.  Good luck and I hope things work out. One more thing, don't spam or write topics that have nothing to do with the game. The topic is a little misleading, "wtf?" could be seen as spam to the webmaster and he could end up banning you.

Actaully, not to get off topic, but a title like wtf?, isn't a missleading title, and wouldn't be considered spam. It doesnt matter if the title directly ties to the game itself, so long as its on topic.

Wow... This is a very gran'ma regulated forum. I never thought Id see such tight restriction in an MK society. If it werent about MK, I wouldve jumped ship long ago. 
Anyways, back on topic, I had the same issue about the konquest game and that was only for a minute before I figured out I had to make a profile like the previous poster responded. Try that. Im sure that's what it is.

Well, I'd say the fact that the game says "Profile required" if you attempt to enter Konquest mode without a profile loaded is pretty much a giveaway.

Very true, very true. Hmm, well if he didnt see it, I guess it might be a disc flaw.

I agree. Every other forum I am a member of is far less restrictive, and people really only complain about serious problems, like posting images of your grandma's hairy walnuts on a PG-13 forum, or something similarly concerning.
