This doesn't have much to do with anything, but only to what he said. But Jason Voorhees was never in the original "Friday the 13th". Nor did he even have a hockey mask in "Friday the 13th part2". It was the 3rd sequel where Jason actualy wore a hockey mask in the film. The attorny was incorrect with alot and not just that.

Definitely a kook if there ever was one. He actually made fun of a kid on the metalgearsolid.org forums after he committed suicide. He even made fun of the people who tried to save his life. -

Earlier this month, gamer named Mitchell S. with the online screenname "Kuja105" who posts on a few online videogame forums (including GameFaqs.com and MetalGearSolid.org) committed suicide. On January 2 he posted a message in both forums detailing his intent to end his own life, citing overwhelming complications with school and finances.
A very brief period of initial disbelief was followed by a barrage of replies from fellow forum members pleading that he not take his life, trying to talk him out of it.
For days, no word was heard from Mitchell. Fearing the worst, members and administration from metalgearsolid.org began searching for contact information, spending hours on the phone trying to get in touch with him. Finally on January 4, Ryan K., an administrator at metalgearsolid.org, got him on the phone and spent hours desperately trying to talk him out of it.
Sadly, Mitchell soon ended his own life by consuming antifreeze and painkillers.
Later, members from the site contacted Mitchell's family to find out the grave news. They reported it to their online community, and posted a tribute to their passed friend on the front page of metalgearsolid.org. Mr. Jack Thompson then sent in the following letter regarding the situation to MetalGearSolid.org, one of the forums frequented by Mitchell, where he was known well:
"Your 'gamer friend' would have found peace through the Lord, Jesus Christ, but sadly it's too late for that.
There is a void in every heart. You can fill it up with the things of God, or the things not of God. This unfortunate soul chose to fill it up with combat games. The playing of these video games is masturbatory activity, meaning senseless self-stimulation. If you 'gamers' COULD use a dictionary you would know that that term is not necessarily a sexual one.
The real tragedy here extends beyond the life and death of this one fellow. There are literally millions of young people and young adults whose despair is deepend by turning to the things of this world and then finding them meaningless.
All of you 'gamers' need to put down the controllers and get a life. The utter inanity of the vast majority of postings here shows how vapid 'gaming' really is.
You are one of the cheerleaders for this wasting of time and the wasting of lives. Do you feel any remorse for having contributed to this 'culture of death?' Of course you don't. Why? Because none of you have the sense too. 'Hey, let's all play MORE games, and ignore all the really productive things to do with our lives!'
For the sake of argument let's pretend to be shocked that a gamer might descend into deeper depression, as his gamer 'buds,' knowing he was killing himself, couldn't figure out how to call 911 themselves for him. That would have involved the ignorant slackers leaving their precious computers and consoles I guess.
Sad. Sad for all of you."
And there you have it - Proof that the man is nothing but a heartless old fool who'll do anything to bash our society and get himself attention while trying to ruin the industry for his own morals and views.

I watched a video of hime slagging off Rockstar Games, he said that Rockstar said they wouldn't include the "Hot Coffie" mod in GTA:SA. He claims they broke there aggreement and included it, this guy doesn't know any facts, It's a fact that in the video he claims he hasn't even played Bully, most likely he hasn't even seen GTA:SA or knows how to access Hot Coffie mod.
1. you need a modified console, as the mod can't be accessed in the retail version of GTA:SA without a mod, which isn't made by Rockstar, but by some hacker guy.
2. You need to get the mod, and install it...It isn't made or supported by Rockstar games.
This guy is a complete moron.

Yeah that guy has always been a complete retard but it's ok cause his saying of removing games never work he tried to get san andreas pulled off the shelves for good cuz of what has been mentioned the cofee mod and it never worked the stores still sell it i know cause i got it for my b-day shortly after it came out couple months after. So this guy can't get armageddon off the shelves either cause he isn't the head guy that can do it so i laugh in his false attempts.

God, even before I read the news article (I usually read the headlines here first) I knew it was going to be about Jack Thompson. He really needs to stop. Not that he is hurting the gaming industry, he's just an annoying little man who derives his pleasure from taking the easy way into the public eye. This lawsuit is nothing, if he REALLY meant to do something, he would have sued EA for being able to make him in The Sims 2 and burn him to death in there, and all the other games you can make him and kill him.
It's like holding Rockstar responsible for Hot Coffee mod. Sure there was the pornographic textures on disc, but they were in accessable in NORMAL gameplay. Gameplay changes when it either goes online or goes through modifications. What people do with MK:A without help or acknowledgement from Midway is private. It's like saying it's treson to make Bush in MK:A in Armageddon and kill him there.

This "lawyer" is a complete idiot, and like you said TMK, he knows no facts about the games. What the hell is this guy thinking about? This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. Trying to get rid of MK Armageddon. This case is about as stupid as a woman who claimed the Harry Potter books promoted witchcraft and tried to get those books banned. Back on topic, however, MK Armageddon is here to stay and nothing anyone says, unless they know their facts, is going to change this. Sure the game is violent, but it wasn't intended for people under 17, if he is trying to argue that a kid is having nightmares because of this game. Like I was saying, though, this guy needs to regather his facts if he thinks he is going to take down a company like Midway, or their partners. The day that someone takes down a great gaming company like Midway will never happen. ALL HAIL MORTAL KOMBAT ARMAGEDDON!!! TMK 4 EVER!!!!!!!!

What the hell is this guy talking about? He obviously doesn't read about what games have in them. This guy also needs to get his facts straight before sewing(not sure how to spell that) and he also needs to know that not all gamers just sit around and play video games and that lots of gamers do productive things. And another thing, how does your heart get corrupted from playing a game? It's just harmless fun if you don't take it to the extreme. This guy needs to find a life and stop trying to cause controversy and to leave video games alone.

That would be funny to see a Jack Thompson character made just for the purpose of doing fatalities on him. Here's an idea, one of us should create him on a profile, then do the best fatality on him that we can and have it posted on the forum for everyone's entertainment. Hell, I'll do it, but I don't know how I'll be able to get it on here. Like I said, though, a fatality on Jack Thompson should be done in effigy just so we can show our hatred towards him and his bullshit statements. ALL HAIL MK ARMAGEDDON AND TMK!!!! TMK 4 EVER!!!!
