No. It's not.
There's NOTHING the Question Box reveals that you can't already get buy buying with koins, or geting through Konquest.

there was no real use to it. most of us have unlock everything in the krypt without those codes. waste of space, space they could have used to add a certain character from the mkt for n64.

I couldn't agree with you more, Deathdealer. It was a simple matter of finding those relics in Konquest mode and boom, you've unlocked everything in the Krypt. That space could have been more useful, like a secret, or another Kombat Zone. That space could have been for a Zone like the Bridge, or the Rooftop. Well, something to that effect. Maybe a character could have been added, like you said.
