Actully what happen with reptile b/c onaga was using reptile body in mkd but now they both are in mka?

What I am guessing, is that either
A. THis was set up just like MKT, and half of the characters being there are non-cannon and just for the sake of being there
or
B. Giving an actual story, I'd asume that part of Sindels ending came true, in that she put Onaga back in his body, seperating him from Reptile.

Good answer vain. I am havin troubles with MK A's storys (being cannon)
so I tend to think maybe its the first of the 2 you mention'd.
I hope with the new MK all is settled, new faces mean new stories, inturn means they can start off fresh.

i just put it down to that;
onaga got wooped in MKD, nearly died, so reptile was relaeased from his body.

I don't think we'll ever find out the answers to be honest. Considering the next MK game will just tell how Armageddon ended, it won't touch on issues like Sheeva's return, or Reptile's, etc. All we can do is theorize, the most likely explanation being the one Vain stated. Here's my take on it:
While Sindel was hurling Onaga's soul into his original body, she acted too late to stab him in the heart with her Quan Dao, and thus he prevented her from killing him. Reptile's body reverted to it's original human form as so much energy had been ripped from his body.
This really is the only work-able explanation aside from Reptile being a non-canon character in Armageddon, and he's simply there for playable purposes. This might make sense, since I don't remember seeing him really in the intro movie, but I could be wrong.

Damn straigt, and thats the only way possible for Onaga and Reptile to be there together in MKA.
