As far as fighting games go, MKD and MKA certainly seem to boast some of the best, if not overly exagerated screams. (Which, at some points, may even seem a tad on the comical side.)
If I were to choose a favourite screamer from the whole MK cast, I think it'd be a close call between Scorpion and Mileena. Scorpion, because he has one of the best screams when being killed off, and for having perhaps the best "No! No! No!" line in MKD. And then Mileena, because her screams (especially in MKA) make her pain sound ten-fold. (Must've been real fun for the voice actress responsible for her screams!)
Heck, even to this day, I still get a kick outta makin' 'em scream! (Although now Scorpion shares most of his grunts, screams and gibberish with Chameleon, so that only slightly broadens the list of favoured "fatality test dummies" for me.)

My favorite screamers are probably Scorpion and Rain. <Yes, I'm a Rain fan anyway... I can't help it! :p

Mileena's screams are awesome. Also Kitana has good ones in Armageddon. I like listening to the characters who beg in Deception saying "No, no, please..." Jade and Sindel have the best ones of those.
