It has to be said, there's always at least one final boss out of all the MK games that we truely love to hate. So then... what's yours?
As for me, it has to be Shao Khan from the MK3 line, as he appears to have more cheese in his attacks than a Swiss dairy farm, on top of which are the additions of a rising knee attack AND his Wrath Hammer! Very often, the fight would be over not very long after it starts!

I just hate Shinnok, plain and simple. He is one of my least favorite characters, so naturally, I voted for him.

I did hate Shao Kahn, but I hated Blaze even more because when you fought him, he was equally cheap. He would continually use that steam roller attack and it would kill you in a second. Also, he used the same combos over and over with one of his hands. CURSE HIM!!!!

I feel your pain, dude. No doubt about it, Blaze is about as cheap 'n' cheesy as they come. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, you can't even use him as a fatality dummy! (Curse you, Midway!)
Still, I can't say I hate him as much as Mr Kahn of MK3. Although, fortunately, he doesn't have any 100% damage juggle kombos like Kintaro in MK2, should you be unfortunate to get caught in the corner. But then, he ain't no final boss, so...

In mk:D, Onaga was cheap as hell! All your attacks were almost useless, so it was harder to take him down.

I think you'll find he's somewhat easier to beat down when you shatter a Kamidogu, as long as you're ready to break out the big kombos.
That said, it IS actually possible to beat Onaga in MKD without having to shatter any Kamidogu, although I've only ever managed doing that with Baraka. (RAWR!!!)

Truth be told, Shinnok was indeed a downright wimp in MK4, with no real moves of his own. He kinda struck me as a peasant version of Shang Tsung, to be honest.
Mind you, at least he was finally given specials of his own in MKA. (Not that they're all that impressive, but then I guess beggars can't be choosers.)

Exactly. That's precisely what I hate about Shinnok. The final boss of any self-respecting game needs to be at least moderately a bad ass in some regard. Shinnok is just an absolute sissy.

i completely agree with you, onaga was a bitch! liu kang was the only one who u could really beat him with, and projectile attacks were remotely useless

I only managed to beat Onaga surprisingly easy with Scorpion doing nothing but strong punches. I believe its either the triangle or square button.
So, simply go up to Onaga and press that punch repeatedly while carefully moving around in circles.
For some reason, Onaga's A.I doesnt bother blocking it as much.
Everything else i tried, was useless.

I think Onaga blocks often enough, although I have noticed that he never seems to use any breakers at all.
Personally, I find Onaga easiest to beat if using a kombatant with long, all-style branching combos (e.g. Jade, Raiden, Scorpion, and maybe one or two others), whereas he's much more difficult to beat with kombatants with only short combos. (e.g. Nightwolf, Ermac, or even Shao Khan if you're playing Unchained or GC Deception.)

shinnok for me too i didn't really feel like he was a true boss in mk 4 and for the onaga thing he was only easy for me to beat on easy and meduim with noobsmoke just kept doing the two punch hit and that beat him easily.

Yeah Shinnok I wish i was him so I could peform a Ultimate Harakiri, Idiot he was just like a character you just hate like people that you think don't deserve the status they got and isn't that the first mk boss you could play straight from the start.
