Maybe the OP can edit it?
Or maybe you can just count MK2 as MKSM _________________ Very Angry Girls Instigate Negative Attitudes.

Shinnok, hands down. He wasn't tough enough, and you couldn't do a fatality on him. One funny thing to mention, though, is that if you put in the "Endings" cheat on the MK4 game for N64, then fought any character at the bottom of the "Choose your destiny" towers, the fight would end with Shinnok's animation. Twas real funny when done on a female opponent, especially Sonya cuz her ponytail still showed up after the face melted away.
Kinda makes you think--"Damn Shinnok, with his transvestite demons that look like MK Characters" Ok, maybe not, but it was a funny notion to me.......

I only managed to beat Onaga surprisingly easy with Scorpion doing nothing but strong punches. I believe its either the triangle or square button.
So, simply go up to Onaga and press that punch repeatedly while carefully moving around in circles.
For some reason, Onaga's A.I doesnt bother blocking it as much.
Everything else i tried, was useless.
:/
I think Onaga blocks often enough, although I have noticed that he never seems to use any breakers at all.
Personally, I find Onaga easiest to beat if using a kombatant with long, all-style branching combos (e.g. Jade, Raiden, Scorpion, and maybe one or two others), whereas he's much more difficult to beat with kombatants with only short combos. (e.g. Nightwolf, Ermac, or even Shao Khan if you're playing Unchained or GC Deception.)
Not really. My tactic for bosses like these (Onaga, Moloch in DA, Blaze) is dodge their high attacks as much as possible and then hammer them constantly with an attack that has quick recovery speed--meaning that you can keep hitting them and until they get wise and block, they probably will get worn down. If they do block, just dodge their attack and keep trying. But I can understand what some of you mean.
Also, it can be tough to stop some of their combos.

Sorry to post after I've posted once, but a tactic I discovered to beat Kahn with on Trilogy: use Noob. Keep firing his cloud projectile at him so he can't attack you (temporarily, of course), then go up while he's vulnerable and unleash a massive-ass combo on him, then repeat after the cloud dissipates. Using this tactic, I beat Kahn on N64 Trilogy. I also beat him with Sub Zero but I call that one luck.

I hate shao khan in all games period he was hard in mk2, mk3, umk3,mk trilogy, mortal kombat armageddon the part where he is hard is in that frigging konquest mode as a statue i mean i finally figured it out my self after a first couple of times when i first did the konquest mode. So yeah shao khan is pretty much a hard prick in all of the games. _________________

Onaga is really hard to beat and cheaper than shit by blocking every second and trying over and over usually ends up in somebody throwing a controller and shattering it in a million pieces. Some ways i found to beat him pretty easily (If you have this for XBOX), be Scorpion and get right in his face and doing the YYB combo, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. You can also be Ermac and go up to him and press <-+B, that should make him twirl his axe around. My brother likes to be Noob and Smoke and just do every teleporting trick they have. Well there's some for ya but as I said, FUCK ONAGA!!!

Don't know where you can get glass controllers lol, but mine are still in good shape, even with all the tantrums I've had over a game. For me, Blaze was tougher than Onaga, but maybe that's cuz I had to learn how to use a PS2 controller to play Armageddon, whereas I've had my GameCube for a while.
Moloch, on the other hand...he was tougher than both of them combined, even though he's supposed to be. The only character I can remember beating him with on MK:DA is Kano, cuz of my "use attacks w/ fast recovery and pommeling the enemy until they block or die" tactic with one of his knife attacks.

Hey nathan thats pretty funny about the glass controllers, I don't have any of those (Because I broke them all, LOL, JK!) I just like over exagerating, but I agree Moloch was way harder than Blaze, it's not just you, I played Deception on XBOX and then got Armageddon for XBOX and it was no different, Moloch is harder than shit to kill, I would compare him to the toughness of Onaga, and also Reiko took me a few tries as well, the only hints I can give for that is combos, combos, combos!
