My favourite character is Scorpion and 2nd(at a little distance) is Sub-zero,I liked them since Mk1

My favorite character in the Mortal Kombat universe would have to be.... Johnny Cage.,,, what inspired me to make him as my favorite was his sense of humor, his fighting style/abilities, and of course the ball breaker/split punch move...  ... I like other characters as well such as Reptile, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Liu Kang, and Kung Lao.... they are just plain badass because of there abilities and fighting styles as well....

Actually the topic was particularly based on your favourite kharacters in Geddon, though I'm sure you just fought with Cage the whole game anyway...

My favourite is and always wil be Rain. His new costume is SOOO wicked and I like how he is straying away from the 'ninja' class. His water moves aren't as powerful as anybody else's but they sure are a hell of a lot showier. His fighting styles are nice and I love the purple. THE PURPLE ROCKS!

EDIT: Nope, its just not alowed to post in EVERY color, so he is technically allowed to post in all purple

...I don't think Sub Sandwich was referring to the rules, it sounded more like his personal annoyance.
But Rain was alright and all. I just thought he would've been more cool, but his stupid greed just bothers me.

I think Rain's popularity has definitely gone down now that he's back, though that makes room for others. Chameleon is definitely going to have a larger fan-base, as well Khameleon due to her controversy. Fujin, Motaro, Kintaro, and Sheeva I think went down, in reflection to their gameplay/possibly weak story.
Of the comeback characters I hope Kai, Stryker, and Reiko build more fans, they're great characters yet rarely acknowledged.

I totally agree with you ther Krave, I mean, in MK4 I thot Reiko was a joke, just seem'd really lame, but now, I really like him, story, moves everything!
And as for the characters going down hill, I agree with that too, I was upset with Fujin in MKA 
On the topic of Kai, I kinda wish he was still able to walk on his hands!, I loved that. For MK8, I really cant see ther NOT being a new ninja, and of course they will have to do something new with him/her. Lets hope for the best
