Chameleon really doesn´t have any of Noob´s specials. He is able to perform 5 special moves:
-Sub-Zero´s Freezing Charge
-Scorpion´s Vanishing Kick
-Reptile´s Speedy Serpent
-Rain´s Lizard Lighting
-Ermac´s Green Wave
The funny fact is that he is still able to change his color to black, but I really don´t know why

Personally, I reckon that, since Chameleon has come this far, it'd have been wrong if they had decided to degrade him in such a way. Then again, it's a pity he got landed with that "Crane" style of fighting.

are you kidding? the crane style is a great style, you can pull off some great combos with it. anyways, maybe chameleon has a noob move but it's hidden like one of onaga's moves.
