In the previous ones, it would be either vicious or deadly or killer. But as I kept mastering the fatalities I hit jackpot resulting into an Ultimate Fatality.

I've gotten a 7 a few times. I was quite proud of myself. I was like, *button mash mash mash* "hey, I killed him. yay!!!" and then I danced around the living room like an idiot. X_x

Yeah Chibi kinda like me but I got nine you see i went to a friends and I didn't know what the fatalitys where so mashed em and lucky 9 hit and was making fun out of him.

Hmmm here are the command buttons for an Ultimate fatality that I did.
Legend for PS2 buttons:
A1-S
A2-T
A3-X
A4-O
Alrighty, here we go
First: U, U, T
Second: F, F, T
Third: B, B , S
Fourth: D, D, S
Fifth: (Quickly get your opponent on his knees) D, B, S and quickly U, U, T
Sixth: F, F, T
Seventh: D, D, T
Eigth: U, U, S
Ninth: F, F, S
Tenth: D, D, S
Final: F, F, O or U, U, O
There we go hope that helps out on making an Ultimate fatality.
