In MK2,my favorite fatalities are
Kung Lao's hat split
Johnny's head uppercut(you can knock three heads!)
Johnny's torso rip
Jax's arms rip
Baraka's impale
The pit 2(its a shame it wasn't in MKT)
I never seen Scorpion's spear slice.I hope it will be in the multimedia.

Er... I'm dutch, but I don't think I've ever seen it before.

Shang Tsung's Kintaro Morph and Kung Lao's Hat Slice.
The reason the Pit II fatality isn't in MKT is because they didn't have to sprites of them laying down like that.
