Off course. Li Mei surely needs more friends. Come on... her only friends are old fool and fat alcoholic (no offense). And her only love interest was dragon-like creature. She REALLY needs more friends!!!

...only as a Super Duper Unlockable. That's where the joke characters should go. Anywhy...Siobhan would be an interesting concept, though I still wish they would have made Belokk, that scrap from that mag. promo., as he was far more cool of a demon than Drahmin.

Actually they did conjure the idea, but scrapped him. The magazine article included him before he was scrapped creating rumours of his appearance.
One thing about Siobhan...is that a belt? It's above her belly button but it doesn't go over anything...so why would she need a belt? Or is that something else...?

I think it's part of her bustier underneath her jacket.
But what you said about Belokk....
He was a Eurocom creation (the people that helped develop Mk4/Gold), not the MK team's. And Boon said that the MK team didn't have time to finish him, so they scrapped the character. Instead they used Belokk as a template for oni characters.
