That would have to be Kai. He doesn't really do much for story. At least, requisite story. He never fought well and... look at him... goofy.

Anyways, I dont think theres any realy 'useless' nor 'idiot' character. every character has their purpose and role in the MK univrese, and for that, I am happy enough.
