Do any of you still find yourself playing Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance? Despite being 5-6 years old, is this still entertaining compared to Deception or Armageddon?

Honestly, the game is for me too slow when compared to MK:D or MK:A. But I still keep playing it... sometimes. It´s great game and shouldn´t be forgotten

You can't forget any game that's good. It's about like saying that none of us bother playing the classics and the classics will NEVER be forgotten because they are one of the reasons for Mortal Kombat's success. To answer your question, though, yeah I still play it and find it fun. LONG LIVE MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!

question should i pick this deadly alliance game up the next time im at my ebgames they got a second hand one there for 21,99 if it's still there the next time i got cash lying around. Only mk game for the ps2 im missing.

Dude, that's a little expensive for a game that's been out five or six years. If you still want to get it, that's your choice, but I think that they are ripping you off for a price like $21.99. By now, I thought the price would have gone down.

yeah i kinda think it's a rip off of a price too for it to be second hand so who knows i might find a brand new one one day in a store for less like 9,99 if i do then i'll pick it up at that price.

i still really like this one. has some awsome characters, a lot of good new characters. Would like if it had Daegon because he was cool, I was sort of under the impression that Mavado was the leader of The Red Dragon before Daegon came in. Although, he wasn't even created back then. Wasn't crazy about Konquest in this one.
Doug, didn't you say you bought it for 21.99 would you need another copy for 9.99?

He mentioned that he was going to consider buying a second-hand copy of MK:DA for $21.99, but then he said he was thinking that it might be a rip-off and he may find a new copy for $9.99, but he never mentioned which one he bought, Albert, at least that's what I know.

To be honest, I dont play it anymore, if I'm gonna play a new one its either MKD or MKA. I do however play MK2 ,UMK3 and MKTri a bit, and, once in a while MK1 and MK4 make ther way into the rotation. All still good games, for many differant reasons.

Yeah i never bought deadly alliance yet i just want one for cheap like 9,99 it should be cause it's an old game now why i want it well i never played it of course and also then i'd have the whole collection of mk games for ps2 aka shaolin monks,armageddon,deception and that one.

...unfortunatley I lost taste for Alliance a while back...I played it a bit here and there before Geddon though now it's just Deception and Geddon for me...the Konquest isn't very satisfying and after the Krypt's gone there's nothing but the characters...which are all in Geddon...

...you can never compare Alliance to MKI, II, or UMKIII...that's just incomprehensible...Alliance is coming to the point where it will fall into the classics though its gameplay is the same as Deception and Geddon (with a few differences) while all games before were completely styled differently...which is how we became MK fanatics originally, therefore making sense why we'd still play them and not Alliance...

Possibly, Total claimed that was still under debate if it takes up too much room or not when the MKVIII forum comes out. It definitely doesn't feel like a classic though. Still feels really new.
