Hi I love the site but its missing something i'm looking for. The sound basement has all the speech but not all the sound effects.
I'm looking for the fighting sounds like liu kang when he does his bicycle kick, shoots his fire balls, does his fast kick, or the sounds that the robot ninjas make when they throw you stuff like that. Also the weapons sounds like the whoosh made by scorpions spear when its thrown, subzeros ice crystals, stryker's tazer, smokes bombs droppped on the ground, and all the rest of the weapon sounds when they are used.
I have looked all over the web and all i can find is the movie sound bits and the speech sound files.

This would belong in Site Suggestions. I'm sorry, though, man. I don't know any way to get the sound effects from the game. Perhaps you could PM TMK and he could help you find the answers you seek, my friend.

I dont' neccsarially need the sounds from this site I just wanna know if anyone knows where i can find them or if they can send them to me.
I'm making characters from the game in IMVU and I attach all the sounds i can to the costumes.

THe problem is there is thousands of sounds. MK:DA,MK:D and MK:A have 5000-6000 each. And to sort that out is, well time consuming. I admit tho, I could probably get some MK1 - MK4 SFX zips up.
I will start work on that soon.

thanks the ones i'm after come from MK2, UMK3, and just a few from MK4 that would be enough to pile together the sounds needed to make really good IMVU costomes with the sounds for each character. I rename them so IMVU doesn't have a cow about copyright stuff but they look really good when i have them done. I'm sorry about the IMVU i didnt' mean to step on any toes I just like to make new friends with it thats why i post it every time i mention about it. Dragnmastralex is my IMVU so come chat!

...unfortunately Total-MK appears to be absent momentarily thus we remain without assistance...I've looked throughout the web for many people come to this site searching for sounds though all sites only hold movie sounds or music...thus we cannot help you...
...if members Total-MK and BigFoot_PI don't post on the subject...no one will...apologies...

No, dude. Double posting is posting a message after you already posted. The time doesn't matter. If there is no reply after you post and then you post again, then it is a double post. Time is taken into consideration when a dead topic is revived.
