Post subject: I need info about the alternate costumes |

I have a question, if you unlock the alternate costume from the krypt then i can play with that player with his alternate costume in Versus mode? or the alternate costumes are only for viewing pleasure and info about the making of the game? thx you very much for any informatinon.

You can use alternative costumes in all modes. Just highlight your character and press START button

Of course, it's been like that ever since Deadly Alliance. (The whole "pressing START for alternate costume" thing, that is.)
Bear in mind, though, that there are a few characters in MKA who don't have "alter-wear". (Namely Chameleon, Daegon, Mokap, Moloch, Meat, Onaga, and Blaze.)
Come to think of it, one thing that's always bugged me is that there's never been an MK game where you can actively pick a character's alternate colour(s) without a 2nd player being present. (In which case, BOTH players had to pick the same character, and it was always the 2nd player who got the other colour arrangement.)

Actually, there is a way how to actively pick a character´s alternate colour(s) in MK4. Just use the Start+HP (or HK) trick (just like when you want to choose alternative costume). There are few modifications for every character: one of these modifications is usually the true alternative costume, but sometimes, this trick just changes your color (you get the P2 colors) or your weapon. It just depends on how many times you use the ´Start + HK/HP´ trick, while highlighting your character´s avatar
