So, as you all probably heard countless times, I spent a long, long time saving up for Armageddon and had been waiting for ages. Bought it the day after it came out (I never have bought a game anywhere near its release date), and was looking forward to playing online.
Couldn't connect it up, was sad.
House burned down, was furthermore sad.
Finally got Internet at temporary apartment. Yesterday I managed to connect it up after non-stop complaining to VainZiler. ^_^
Unfortunately, there are only about 12 people left in the room. Most tend to disconnect.
Anyway, I realised that I probably can't play against my 3 best friends on TMK (Kombat Krave, VainZiler and ChibiHana). So now I'm sad.
Please tell me I'm wrong and that there is a way for me to play against people outside Europe.
If America's such a big country, how do you guys play across it? I can't even play against someone in Germany without being disconnected.

Firstly, Welcome back to TMK!
I get problems with playing people on Playstation myself, (I live in Australia and was disconnected everytime trying to play people in Europe and America) However, I was told that some people in Europe manage to play people in the US.
I am not sure how acurate this is, but the important things to remember are make sure you have the strongest connection possible (PS2 connected straght to the cable modem and not to a router)
Other than that I guess you will just need to try connect with Vain / Chibi ect... and see what happens.
I gave up myself, being in Australia can really suck sometimes...I have NEVER played MK Online (other than UMK3 and the connection is bad everytime)

Hey Guys!
Is there any chance that some people are playin' MKT online?(to anyone who is now thinkin about telling to go to hell cos its off-topic I have bad news:its NOT cos its in connection with playin MK online BUT on TRILOGY)
So is there a chance to play trilogy online?

Actually, it is off topic in a sense, because we're talking about Armageddon, not Trilogy.
And trilogy doesn't go online...

Well im from canada of course and i've played people who live in Australia in basketball games i have and other games with no disconnections at all. From what i heard the ps2 is suppose to let anyone from anywhere be able to play online. So that means it should work for people in Japan wanting to play someone from Scotland and so on.

unfortunately, however, it's not as good as we'd like to hope. I live in Japan, and try as I might, I can never get a connection going to play anyone... anywhere. I think I've had about 4 successful matches, but that's it.
I'm not skilled enough to be playing online anyway. ^_^;

I've tried to get a connection online, but it keeps giving me the message that there was no response from the DNS Server. I'm hooked up to a cable modem and still no connection to MK Online. What the hell's going on here? I don't know what else to do.

1. game disconnection
2. i face a overpowered kak
in other words, online is over rated.

There's no such thing as an 'overpowered KAF', it's either their being cheap, their really good, or you just plain suck, and/or any combination of the 3.
And Madiah, if you'd like to try to see if you can get it going, I'll be online today around 5pm my time (got no clue what that'd be your time..)

So, it seems like MK Online was a waste of time and money. o.0
Vain, that'll be about 10pm here. My mum will be watching TV at that time (we currently only have 1 TV - my dad has other stuff to worry about at the moment rather than getting a new TV, as I'm sure you'll have guessed), so I doubt that.
You're 5 hours behind, time-wise, and I'll be able to go online maybe about 6pm here if that's okay with you sometime?
