Mine has to be the edenia one where you have to kill the giant skeleton heads with taven's fireball move.

Wasn't that Edenia when he was fighting them near the end?
The only thing I remember needing to use a fireball for the long range in the nether realm is that drgon, that after hitting it a chest appears.
I'd have to say the MKD conquest, Earthrealm, just found the Earthrealm level cool for some reason, although, chests only being available at random times, days, maybe even months or days os the month to get keys for the krypt was a ludicrus idea not even the most complicated of real RPGs does that type of thing..

Yeah my bad thanks it was the edenia part i meant in armageddon where you use the fireball to get the skeleton's down to weak strength then finish them off each time with that.

That part is in the middle of the level not at the end, the end is when Taven faces Scorpion

Not true, the end of the level does not come until you defeat the Firespawn Blaze. Remember that the final battle for the salvation of the realms is in Edenia where Blaze appears. Taven's final battle is against Blaze in the Konquest mode.

Since we're talking Konquest mode battles here, I'd have to go for the melée before you take on Kabal. There's just something about literally mashing your enemies to a bloody pulp with a massive hammer that makes one's day komplete.

...haha...I can vouche for that...though my favorite would certainly need to be facing Baraka in Shaolin Monks...I never understood why though that entire drawn-out battle just pumped me up so much I played it over and over even after beating him the second time...since I never lose twice...

...from Mythologies or Geddon? In Geddon they were way too easy. I just tossed them into those barrels, you know, the ones that exploded. They died really fast, a barrel per girl, that's my motto.

I enjoyed doing the Obelisks in the Netherealm, the one where you've to fight off lots of corpses before they reach Argus. That was frustrating but fun! Next to that, I like when Mileena approaches Taven in the Dungeons.
