I've alread stated enough of my opinion on the matter so I'll stick to one thing...

Heavily agreed! Noob's hammer was just ridiculous, and they've really brought him down in comparison to his classic style. I say give him a scythe and let him reap with speed! Ermac's axe alas has proven alright in times when trapped though the point cares less as of course a much faster weapon would prove his loyalty to his uniform.
I'm glad they've brought many characters back, though I don't want them to change that much. Any new styled ninjas should originate fast without corruption.

Couldn't agree more, Krave. The idea of Noob having a hammer was absurd, and correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Noob Saibot have a scythe in Mortal Kombat 4? If anything, they should have at least thought about giving him something like that instead of a weak and sluggish weapon like a "Troll Hammer".

Maybe I misunderstand what you were saying, but the ninjas have not looked the same for a while now, I mean, ther costumes are pretty differant and complex now compared to before. The days of pallet swap are over, and if they were to just make them look the same, well, that would just be pure crazyness!!! lol

...true...alas this white ninja would have a brand new outfit and some original moves. I can not see a problem with it.

I don't know about this one, because like everybody else, there's too much ninjas. Then again, this Mortal Kombat game will completely have a whole new chapter(Most fighters will not appear again, too many new fighters will be in the game) Would I see a white ninja being in this game. It would be a little inventive for that person to appear out of mist of fog or anything like that, It would be okay.

I actually prefer should they make a 'white ninja' that he is definitely not going to be made of fog/clouds/mist or is transparent in any way, that's way too similar to Smoke or C/Khameleon. Just being a plain sky character would be too similar to Fujin in a sense as I could only see his moves as the same.
To be original he would have to form into like a purely white krystal or (as I had stated, still confident, from earlier) he may be like a 'pure' form of a past dark kharacter, (preferably Noob Saibot, and don't make me restate my reasons). Come on, y'all know it's a great idea, Noob's good past fighting with his dark transformation, kind o' like Spidey to Venom but backwards and they could both be bad-ass...

I've explained this over and over. Too many people are always saying there's too much ninja's already but like i said 2 times in this post already i'll say it again there won't be 8 ninja's in mk8 period. They said characters will get killed off for real from mortal kombat armageddon. So Basically the only two characters im sure out of the old original ninjas you'll see for sure in mk8 is Scorpion and Sub Zero. The rest probably won't make a return meaning they all got killed so if there's only 2 ninja's left that isn't too much ninja's meaning if they make a new white one like i suggested in this poll then there will be only 3 ninjas. Which isn't alot either.

Well personally, I can see Noob, Chameleon, Ermac and possibly Reptile meet their end before MK8, I think all of these Ninjas have more of a right to stay around than Scorpion though because Im sick of the special treatment he gets due to the fact that he can throw a spear. But anyway, back to the white ninja.
Perhaps he could be an Enigmatic warrior, much like Chameleon and Ermac started off. He could be a representitive of the White Lotus clan, a ninja from the clan that is given instructions by Fujin (or Raiden) to hunt down a particular warrior (like Reiko, that way Reiko is given more of a story in the next game should he survive). His skills could be quite basic, throws a few Kunai at his opponent as his projectile, could teleport through the ground then frankenstein his enemy...basic little stuff that sets him off as a genuine Ninja and not some Marvel-wanabe like some of the other MK Ninjas

...that's my main concern, 'originality'. It's hard not to copy Marvel or other games, and MK itself. That's why I don't like the 'out to kill someone' routine, overdone. I do like the idea of him just being forged of purity, embodying the 'good' in an evil character (ex-ninja).

Well knowing MK, there probably will be new ninjas and theres a good chance a white one will be included. Im betting he's from a clan rather than a free-lance fighter
