Rare indeed. And for a good reason. VCDs are slightly better than VHS in visual quality, but not as good as DVDs. VCDs suck big time when you want to fast forward to a specific scene. You cant skip. You have to keep your finger on the fast forward key. Ugh.
Plus, VCDs usually come in 2 disc sets unless the movie has been compressed enough to fit on 1, which then defeats any purposes of owning them.
I remember when VCDs debuted. Not as bad as those disposeable DVDs. 
Anyways.. I guess if these are actually licensed, they can be worth something to a die hard mk fan.
