| Chapter 02: Subzero Vs. Sektor |

The red robot crushed the snow it walked over crackling it ever so softly. His sensors had picked up the faint trace of the renegade Lin Kuei up atop the sleek ice cave not too far from his current walking location. He made easy strides towards the location and eased himself in quietly and without breath.
Subzero saw from a distance the red in the night and easily hid where Sektor could not find him. Sektor walked through aimlessly searching his infared scanner, though it was useless considering Subzero was as cold as the cave he was in. Subzero sprouted out of no where and caught the cyber by surprise.
"Your mission is dead Sektor, there are no more Lin Kuei to hide behind, our clan is gone, disbanded, we both know this. Your soul can still be reclaimed Sektor, it is not too late" said Subzero holding his fists up with his legs parted in his normal stance awaiting the answer from the mindless red ninja. Sektor raised his hands as his chest piece slid out and revealed a rather large missle aimed right at Subzero.
"Death is the only way out" said Sektor's harsh robotic souless voice. Subzero's eyes widened.
"Alright then, so be it" Subzero leaped out of the way and back flipped off of the cave wall as Sektor fired his missle out. It flung right into the Ice wall shattering it and exploding ricocheting the entire cave up. Sektor was shielded from the blast as a thrust of smoke came through from the explosion. After a second cleared Subzero was standing right beside Sektor. Sektor turned his head and immediatley through a punch at Subzero's face. Subzero blocked and the two were locked in....MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Tonight's theme music is the music from the movie trailor of "X MEN")
Subzero jumpe high and kicked Sektor's helmeted face. Sektor hardly flinched and threw a leg at Sub's gut. Subzero and Sektor parried a volley of fist punches at eachother skipping through out the dense ice cave. Sektor jumped over Subzero and landed a hard kick to Sub's face. Subzero went down only to roll back to his feet. Sektor rushed forward and lunged his fist at the Lin Kuei warrior. Sub stepped out of the way as Sektor clanged his fist intot he raw think ice in the wall barely cracking it. Sub stepped forward and back handed Sektor then striking at his left knee. Sektor bent down but retaliated with a back hand of his own to Sub's face.
Sub leaped back then spun a outside quick round house kick as Sektor blocked it with his forearm. Sub came in shielding his body but thrusting his fists foward knocking an elbow jab to Sektor's side. Sektor grabbed Subzero by his shoulders and flung him across the cave as he rolled twice then striking another side of the ice cave. Sektor was through fighting life like, he opened his chest again as this time he had four more missles pointed straight at Sub. Sub back up to his feet as he touched the ice wall with his hands.
"This whole cave is my weapon" said Subzero as the walls began to shake. Sektor jerked his head back and forth seeing the ice within the walls began to form differently. All of a sudden a thousand ice spikes shot out from two sides of the cave as they all speared into Sektor on every angle. Sektor's circuts within his body began to shirp and sizzle in the hard ice. The missles that were heading out short circuted and began to charge from the inside. Subzero saw this and quickly ran past Sektor and diving out of the cave. Sektor exploded loudly as the cave imploded from the inside burying the remains of Sektor into an icy grave. Subzero fell a hundred feet below as he rolled most of it.
When he hit the ground he saw a pair of feet standing right in front of his face. He looked up to see a white like figure staring down on him.
"Hello Subzero, Im glad you could drop in to meet...I am Raiden"...
