Sub-Zero traveled to the Outworld to seek out Scorpion. He traveled all over the wastelands of the Outworld. He found many difficulties along the way.
The first person he bumped into was Ermac. He knew that Ermac was one of Kahn’s leading men so he wasted no time to attack him. Sub-Zero tried to freeze Ermac but he teleported to the other side of him and uppercutted him. Sub-Zero was dazed by Ermac’s uppercut. Sub-Zero saw the he was in trouble as Ermac was getting ready to strike him with a lightning bolt so he froze both of Ermac’s arms to a wall. Sub-Zero then walked on, knowing that Ermac was no longer a threat.
Sub-Zero was walking along and he saw Kahn’s castle so he started to head towards it. Sub-Zero didn’t know but Scorpion was actually in Kahn’s castle talking to Kahn about Sub-Zero’s arrival in Outworld. Kahn told him not to worry. Then Scorpion just got up and walked away. Sub-Zero thought he saw Scorpion in the castle so he ran towards it. On his way there he ran into Motaro and he froze him without hesitation. Then he walked over to the frozen Motaro and ripped his head off. Sub-Zero then walked on to seek for possible help and Scorpion. Sub-Zero continued his journey to the castle. On his was Sub-Zero lost his way to the castle and he ran into Rain. He knew that Rain was Kahn’s main general so he attacked him when he first saw him. Rain used his levitation ball and caused Sub-Zero to fly into mid air and Rain pulled off a deadly combo and almost knocked Sub-Zero out. Rain didn’t plan on letting Sub-Zero get any farther. Rain pulled off many combos and many moves that could have killed Sub-Zero. Rain was actually surprised that it didn’t kill Sub-Zero and Sub-Zero was also surprised he was still alive. But Rain wasn’t going to let that stand in his way. Rain then pulled off one more combo and knocked Sub-Zero down and almost out. Then Kahn showed up and Rain asked, “What should I do with him?” “Just put him in another part of the Outworld.” Kahn replied. Those were the last words that Sub-Zero heard as he passed out.
Sub-Zero then awoken an hour later to find himself trapped in a cell. Sub-Zero then froze the walls and knocked them down, only to get a kick right in the face by Reptile. Sub-Zero wasn’t egger to fight right now because he just got back from getting the living hell beat out of him, so he tried to get passed Reptile but couldn’t and he was forced to fight him so he did. Sub-Zero went to freeze Reptile four times in a row but he just hit his arm once. With Reptile’s arm frozen, Sub-Zero could now just move on. But instead he looked like he was going to move on but turned around and gave Reptile a roundhouse kick and knocked him out. Sub-Zero could see that he was now actually closer to the castle but didn’t know how to get to the castle from the part of the Outworld that he was in. Sub-Zero had almost reached the castle but he ran into one more difficulty, Cyrax and Sektor. Sub-Zero new that he had to chance against both of them and that he couldn’t punch them so he would have to outsmart them. Sub-Zero ran up a wall and did a back flip over Sektor’s head and kicked him in the back of the head. He knew that Cyrax was running at him but didn’t look to try and fool Cyrax. Before Cyrax could hit Sub-Zero, Sub-Zero moved out of the way and Cyrax hit Sektor. That crushed Sektor’s head and Sektor fell to the ground and blew up. So now Sub-Zero just had to beat Cyrax. So Sub-Zero tried moving a lot. Then Cyrax’s chest opened up out of nowhere and a missile started to come out. Sub-Zero then thinking quickly froze Cyrax and the missile stayed in Cyrax’s chest and blew up and killed Cyrax. Sub-Zero then continued on his way to the castle knowing he had to go through no more difficulties until he reached the castle.
Once Sub-Zero reached the castle he saw Scorpion with his back to him but he realized that it wasn’t Scorpion and it was a setup and it was Kabal. Kabal started to just laugh as Sub-Zero was infuriated. Sub-Zero ran over to Kabal and started beating the hell out of him. Sub-Zero was hitting Kabal so hard, his mask broke. You could see Kabal’s hideous face and Sub-Zero was just beating on it. The fake Scorpion suit was ripped and had blood all over it. Sub-Zero just kept beating on Kabal. Then Kabal finally fell to the ground and he was without a doubt, dead. Then you hear Kahn, “Hahahahaha. Sub-Zero wins, Brutality.” Sub-Zero ran towards Kahn and started to beat on him. Then Kahn just gave Sub-Zero a backhand knocking Sub-Zero down but not out. “Where is Scorpion,” Sub-Zero asked. “I’m sure you would like to know!” replied Kahn. Then Kahn teleported away going somewhere else in his castle. Sub-Zero then just screamed very loudly as you could hear Kahn laughing in the back round.
Sub-Zero then looked farther into Outworld. He came across not many people to help him or fight him. One person he came across who wanted to fight him was Quan Chi. Sub-Zero knowing that Quan Chi wouldn’t help him, since he killed him in the tournament, just attacked Quan Chi without saying anything. Sub-Zero just pulverized Quan Chi for ten minutes. Quan Chi was bleeding all over, had bruises, his clothes were ripped, and he could barely stand or move. Quan Chi could barely talk but with the strength he had left begged for mercy. Sub-Zero the said he hadn’t planned on showing anyone mercy anymore as he ripped Quan Chi’s head off. Sub-Zero just stared at Quan Chi’s headless body for a couple seconds then moved on.
Sub-Zero hadn’t run into anyone for a while and thought he may have been getting closer but then two armies came out of nowhere. One lead by Rain and the other by Ermac. Sub-Zero already ran into these two and knew that he couldn’t take them on especially with two armies. Then all of a sudden a missile flew over Sub-Zero’s right shoulder and blew up both of the armies. Sub-Zero turned around and saw Smoke. So now it would be easier for Sub-Zero with the help of Smoke to defeat Rain and Ermac. Rain right away shot a levitation ball right at Smoke and the struck him with a lightning bolt, almost short-circuiting him. Sub-Zero than shot an ice ball at Rain and froze him and then Smoke shot a missile at Rain and put on the final touches. Then all the had to do was kill Ermac but before they could, Ermac knew he couldn’t win this battle so he ran away.
Ermac then returned to Kahn’s castle and told him that Rain died and he had to run. This pissed Kahn off so Kahn shot a plasma ball at Ermac and crushed all of his bones in his body and killing him.
Smoke then told Sub-Zero to go on because he couldn’t go on. So Sub-Zero just left and thanked Smoke. Sub-Zero then found Reptile but Reptile didn’t see Sub-Zero. Sub-Zero then snuck up on Reptile and attacked him. Sub-Zero told Reptile to tell him where Scorpion was. Instead Reptile just took him to Scorpion as they teleported to the Netherealm. Sub-Zero then saw Scorpion in a distance. Scorpion turned around and saw Sub-Zero running at him. Scorpion started to run and hide to get an advantage over Sub-Zero. Sub-Zero went to where he saw Scorpion and then he found out he wasn’t there. Scorpion then attacked Sub-Zero from behind.
Sub-Zero was infuriated a lot so he just didn’t care that Scorpion was attacking him because he would stop at nothing to get revenge on Scorpion. So Scorpion was beating on Sub-Zero for a while but then Sub-Zero started thinking of his family and the pain that he must have went through. He started thinking about if he didn’t get revenge the pain that he would go through for the rest of his life, if after this fight he even had a life. So Sub-Zero then countered with an awesome ten hit combo and almost knocked Scorpion out. Scorpion looked like he didn’t want to fight anymore but Sub-Zero kept going at him. Sub-Zero then for the next two hours beat Scorpion all over the deserted wastelands of the Netherealm. Sub-Zero then starts shooting ice balls all over the place trying to hit Scorpion but he let his emotions get the better of him. The Netherealm had been turned into an icy hell as Sub-Zero then continued beating on Scorpion. Scorpion asked for Sub-Zero’s mercy but Sub-Zero was going to show no mercy for his families killer. Scorpion then was confused because he had no idea what he was talking about. Sub-Zero thought that Scorpion was just playing dumb and continued to beat on him. Sub-Zero then told Scorpion that he must kill him for the crime that he has committed. Scorpion had no idea what he was talking about. All of a sudden you hear clinging noises all over the icy hell. Then Sub-Zero and Scorpion turned around and saw Smoke dropping bombs all over. Scorpion then started to laugh as Sub-Zero then realized that he was tricked and Smoke set him up. Then the Netherealm blew up and everyone died in it. Smoke promised that he would get his revenge on Sub-Zero and he did.
